The Process
Each custom piece starts at the sketch book. When inquiring about a custom piece we will send you several hand drawn sketches that bring your vision to life!
Once the design has been solidified it is time to choose stones, we will send you several batches to choose from. Occasionally this step can happen first. Sometimes you fall in love with a stone before you have an idea of what you want! We can try our hardest to make your dreams come true. Like this ring made entirely from .925 silver!
We highly recommend placing custom orders a minimum of 7-8 weeks in prior to any special occasion. This includes wedding set orders. Rush jobs are not accepted, and we will not place other orders below yours. We try our hardest get your pieces to you as quickly as possible, we also send updates along the way. Updates include when your custom materials arrive and an expected due date.
For payment, we require a non-refundable 50% (of the order total) deposit at the time the order is placed. We ask that the other 50% is paid before the order is sent out but it can be sent in increments of your choosing! We are pretty chill :) we believe everyone deserves high quality jewelry. Once your piece is completed you will be notified with pictures! If the remaining balance is not paid within 30 days or partial payments the product will remain with A.L silver and can be listed for sale to the public.
